Attention all fans!

Check this out. Ticketmaster and American Express are joining forces and inviting you to come hang with us for an entire day on June 11th in NYC at the #FanJam! We will spend the day designing and creating the next generation products that solve real pain points for fans like yourself. We will provide everything but need you to bring your passion, creativity, and imagination. It’ll be a lot of fun 🙂

The #FanJam is part of a series of events we’ll be holding in the next severals months. Registration is now open! Sign up and we’ll let you know when you’re confirmed to attend.

Why should You be there?

Time is a currency you can only spend once and we want to make sure your time with us and ours with you is well spent. Here are five reasons why you should be at the #FanJam:

#5 — Be The Solution

With so many challenges to be solved surrounding the live-event-going experience, it’s easier to call out what’s broken than to actually solve it. This is your chance to play an active role in influencing those solutions. We believe that the only way we can truly solve a problem is to engage the customer in the problem solving process, and the customer here is YOU. Nothing is more exciting or more meaningful than being in the arena, driving things forward.

#4 — Get Inspired

Put a group of creative, diverse, and passionate people in a room for an entire day and you’ll invariably spark innovation. Serendipitous “eureka” moments are a conversation or a keystroke away. You’ll find inspiration in the cross-functional collaboration throughout the day, and given how intimate the event is (50–75 people), it’s easy to have meaningful conversations that are guaranteed to pique your interest and unleash your imagination.

The #FanJam is a great opportunity to meet the people of Ticketmaster and American Express who are actively working on reshaping the future of the live event experience. We believe that the best innovation happens when people connect at a human level, and the #FanJam is a fantastic setting for that. Once you meet the team, you will feel the stoke!

#2 — Join The Team

It takes a special kind of talent to spend their Tuesday with a bunch of strangers to brainstorm product innovations that make the live event experience better. That’s the kind of talent we’re interested in and we have various opportunities where they can contribute. Who knows, we might be working together soon on some awesome products!

#1 — Have Fun!

By far the best reason for coming out to the #FanJam! We’re a fun bunch and like to connect with other creative people. The event is informal and laid back. There will be plenty of food for everyone. Just bring your jolly self and have a great time!
